How can you tell if someone is using an autoresponder to respond to emails? ? 1 comment

I sometimes email questions to sites or wherever, just out of general curiosity and I get super fast responses in a minute, which one company swears is personal. Is there something in the header somewhere that would show that they’re using a responder?

Basically you can’t know for sure if they are using an autoresponder or they just have fast fingers on the keyboard.
If the mail are personally with and referring to you question on interest, then in most cases you are dealing with a person on the other side.
There are many AI autoresponder that can analyze you message and using a bot answer you like a real person, but this require many programing hours to adapt it to a specific niche.
So you can’t know for sure but you can guess.
