How can I follow-up on a package once it reads, “receiveded at usjfka”? 2 comments

I am desperately expecting a package from CHINA and now the tracking history reads “recieved at usjfka “. How do I follow-up on the package from this point? Is there a number I can call other than the CHINA shipping service?

It sounds like the package is at Kennedy Airport in NY.
If its coming through customs, it’ll take as long as it takes.FlMacGary

Would help a lot if you stated what courier / service it is coming by.
At a guess, I would say the package has been received at the port of entry into the USA and is now waiting for customs clearing. This could take a day or a week. Call the courier’s information line and provide the waybill number for more information.
