this is my newsletter opt in form. I want to set up a simple autoresponder on this. How to do that?

It looks like you are using aweber for the form. This means you have an autoreponder within aweber.
Did you use this question to drive traffic to you site???????

There should be a spot under your mail utility (with your webhosting company) that you can set up from within a control panel. Ask them about it.
