When do I follow up after an interview?   4 comments

I had an interview on Tuesday with a company I am very interested in working for. The hiring manager express that they are looking to fill the position rather quickly but said that they did have other interviews this week. I expressed my extreme interest and have already sent my thank you email. I was wondering when I should make a follow up phone call? In this economy I don’t want to let the position slip through my fingers, so what day should I call to follow up?

  2. In this economy you want a solid CV, afterwards is too late. You should be badgering the next employer on your list already

  4. today would be fine just use tact for if it is a big company He has someone screening his calls anyway could take a couple of days to get through you don’t want to appear desperate but you definitely want your name floating around
