Can You Please Help Me?, Duckling Qs? 3 comments
I just recently yesterday afternoon went to get a duckling. It was supposivly a Chocolate Swedish Duckling. But there is no such thing I heard. I think its a Khaki Campbell, it has like a dark chocolate bill and feed/legs, And a brow colored body. I brung it home and fixe it up a brooder and gave it food and water. I was wondering a couple things
1.) When will it get use to me and follow me around? Its only a couple days old and it wont follw me.
2.) Its the only duckling, what will happen behavior wize and such with a 11 day old duckling? Friendly or what?
3.) Will it eventualy get use to me if it spends alot of time with me? I feed/water it and such? How long?
4.) Have you ever bought a duckling that is 11 days old or so? Did it liuke you eventually?
I have had ducklings before, but never one at a time, unless it grew up with a *****. But there is no other ducklings with it. I was only allowed 1 duckling. I just wanted to know if I did the right thing. It clims on my sholder and sits there and sometimes goes it my hair, but it will run in the other direction if I put it on the ground.
