my daughter is 6 months old and never makes eye contact with anyone including me? 3 comments

she does babble at times but only when she is by her self (or thinks she is) never when anyone is talking to her, she does not follw objects with her eyes and the doctors just kinda look at me funny when i ask if she should be making eye contact and if there is something wrong with her i have 4 children none was ever like this, she does smile at times when i am talking to her or bouncing her thoough but not often, she never makes eye contact with me though when she does smile and when she does smile at me she looks at the top of my head everytime she does have a lazy eye but shouldnt she be able to see close up, i really hope it is her lazy eye that is causiing the no eye contact thing but something tells me its not i had the same lazy eye/astigmatism thing and the eye doctor says there is nothing that can even be done till she is a year old, im really frustrated as i’ve said i have 4 kids i am not being paranoid or jumping to conclusions, and the doctors keep treating me like there is something wrong with me and assuring me that there is absolutely nothing wrong with her
my biggest concern is that she is autistic not that there is something wrong with her eyes i am just hoping it is her eyes
