I interviewed for a position and was emailed about a time for a second interview. I replied back but have not heard back. How many business days should I wait to follow up with them about the unanswered email?

What is the proper etiquette for follow-up to an application via e-mail?   1 comment

I applied for a job and an internship via e-mail one week ago today. I have not heard anything back, either a response that they received my emails, nor any email asking me for an interview or that they hired someone else? Can I email them a follow-up at this point?

I just had an interview for a great job, and the interviewer gave me her card. How long should I wait to follow up with her? (I am assuming that she opened the door for me to do so by giving me her card.)
