I am living in Europe and I want to form a LLC in New York. I want to know the requirements for tax/IRS/bookkeeping. My main services will be for a web marketing agency: web design, seo, email marketing, etc.

I will use a Virtual Office address service and an online service to incorporate my company.

What will be the costs for bookkeeping?
Can I do the bookkeeping myself using a special software?
What are the tax/IRS/bookkeeping requirements for a LLC in New York?

Among my services will provide Email Marketing Services, for this, I will rent servers from US and I will need to work according to CAN SPAM Law.

90% of my customers will be based in the USA, and if my business will doing good, I plan to settle in the US.

I have been looking around for the best of the best and it seems everyone seems to favour Aweber http://www.weyd.net/aweber.htm. Are they any other autoresponder services I can look into. I do not want to host my lists on my servers I want them to be hosted remotely. I have heard of Getresponse, is that any good? How does it compare to aweber?
