How can I follow-up on a package once it reads, “receiveded at usjfka”?   2 comments

I am desperately expecting a package from CHINA and now the tracking history reads “recieved at usjfka “. How do I follow-up on the package from this point? Is there a number I can call other than the CHINA shipping service?
